Seven people in Vietnam are facing trafficking charges in relation to the deaths of 39 people inside a refrigerated lorry in Essex last year.
According to local media, these people are facing charges of organising and brokering illegal emigration.
All the victims were Vietnamese migrants aged between 15 and 44.
