Four males have passed away over the last two months while sleeping rough in Belfast. The latest victim of homelessness was found in a shop doorway in High Street on Wednesday.
Charities have called for swift action to end the scourge of homelessness both north and south of the border. A petition to open empty buildings in Belfast has gathered more than 16,000 signatures.
A demonstration over the issue of homelessness is due to take place on Friday.
