Yesteday was a bright, calm, but cold day, with temperatures hovering around 5 to 6C – but they’re about to drop dramatically.
Today is expected to be also rather bright, with occasional cloud cover, and temperatures remaining at around 2-3C.
However tonight, temperatures are going to plummet to below freezing with rain forecast – that Met Eireann claim is likely to turn into snowfall.
There is a strong possibility of snowfalls again for tomorrow, with cold conditions expected to remain until the middle of next week at least.
