Some 900 new speed cameras will be operational across Ireland from Monday

As of next Monday morning, at 6am, some 903 new speed cameras will be operational throughout the country with the authorities declaring that they’re being released to try to limit speed-related collisions.

There are a total of 1,322 speed cameras across the country. Some social media users have been claiming that these cameras are nothing more than revenue collecting means while others say that they do help limit speed. Gardai have released the locations of the new camera and they can be viewed here.
