Taoiseach appointee Micheal Martin has said that there will be ‘limited’ supply of coronavirus vaccine in Ireland until next year.

Ireland is waiting for a decision by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to approve the Pfizer vaccine for general use across the continent.

Sunday saw a marked spike in new coronavirus cases in Ireland, raising fears of another resurgence of the disease.
