Tayto Park have confirmed that it is to host an Autism Awareness Day this coming Sunday, May 12th.
In an announcement management at the popular theme park confirmed that a number of changes will be implemented to create an autism friendly environment.
Amongst the changes Tayto Park say no music will be played throughout the park, whilst no hand dryers will be turned on for the duration of the day.
The park also stated that queues for attractions will be kept to a minimum during the day.
It is believed that the park decided to host an Autism friendly day in order to allow children with autism and their families to enjoy all attractions at the park.
