A 16-year-old boy appeared in court accused of participating in a gang attack on English tourists in Dublin’s Temple Bar, reports Breaking News.
He was charged with aggravated disorder, assault causing damage and robbery on the night of August 11 in Fawns Street.
Prosecutors handed over a book of evidence in the case of the teenager, who cannot be identified because he is a minor, reports Breaking News.
Judge Brendan Towell ordered the boy’s case to be referred to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for indictment, where the case will be listed on January 18.
The minor was provided with legal assistance and remained in temporary custody, reports Breaking News.
