Police in the UK have confirmed that a teenager has died following a stabbing incident in London.
According to Sky News, the 18-year-old man died following an incident in Newham at approximately 3:30pm on Monday afternoon.
Police say the man was found in Chadd Green which is located in the East of the city.
Although a number of attempts were made to save the man’s life he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
