After the horrific murder of Sarah Everard in the UK, women (mostly) have been sharing the above image on social media.

It was initially shared by a woman named Lucy Mountain, who posted the image after the emergence of details that alleges an actual police officer killed the 33-yr-old woman last week in London.

In case its meaning isn’t obvious, it’s said to be a common text that gets sent amongst female friends to ensure that each of them gets home safely.

The text is said to be a formality to send to each other just to keep an eye on each other and mind that all parties gets home safe and sound.

Given the circumstances surrounding the woman’s murder, the image has since gone viral as both a reminder to women to send this and also to alert women to start doing this if they weren’t already doing so.
