The HSE says children should stay at home if they’re a close contact of a confirmed case

The HSE has said that children who are deemed to be a close contact of a confirmed case must stay at home and join the other circa 15,000 children who are already forced to stay at home this new school year due to being deemed close contacts of confirmed cases.

Kids around the country aren’t even back to school a month but thousands are already staying at home due to be being close contacts, claims the HSE.

The Health Service Executive (HSE) goes from bad to worse when it comes to Covid-related disasters, as it has emerged today that almost 14,000 pupils across Ireland are already out of school after being deemed ‘close contacts.’

This is an increase of around 2,000 since yesterday.

It was recently revealed that Ireland has the highest 14-day incidence rate in the entire European Union.

Despite all these bungling performances, the Government insists that its vaccination program is ‘working.’
