Third-level students are set to walk out of their lessons today in protest over the dire shortage of accommodation and rising cost of living.
The walkout will take place exactly at 11.11am today.
Budget 2023 provided a €1,000 reduction in fees for most students, but the actual cost of living, including rent, far surpasses that amount.
