Police in Australia have confirmed that three men have been charged in connection with the death of a young Irishman.
According to RTÉ News, the three men were charged after the 19-year-old man originally from Co Carlow passed away on Saturday morning.
It is understood the young man was found seriously injured Surfers Paradise in Queensland on Saturday morning.
Despite a number of attempts to revive him he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the three men are due to appear before court on Monday.
