Three people have been arrested after €363,000 of cannabis gets seized in Dublin




Three people were arrested after cannabis worth €363,000 was seized in Dublin, reports Breaking News.

Revenue officers seized approximately 18.1kg of herbal cannabis found during a search of a residential property in north Dublin.

A man in his 20s was arrested on Wednesday and charges have been filed and are now on trial.

A man and a woman in their 30s were arrested on Friday and are both being held under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 at a Garda station in north Dublin, reports Breaking News.

Investigations into this matter are ongoing.

The seizures were made as part of a joint intelligence-based operation involving the Revenue’s Customs Service, the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and Garda District Drug Units based at Ballymun, Balbriggan and Coolock Garda Stations, reports Breaking News.
