The sun has finally begun to shine this year and just in time too as today is the day where we start to see the so-called “draconian” lockdown measures begin to ease.
The Irish public have been absolutely pummelled over the past 4 months since Micheal Martin, Leo Varadkar and Eamon Ryan imposed Level 5 lockdown measures yet again on the country.
Today will see the resumption of tennis, golf, county-bound travel and some outdoor sports. Zoos and some park facilities will also restart.
May will hopefully see click & collect start, Mass resume and mid May and we could see the resumption of in-shop buying by the end of May.
Hospitality and pubs however will likely not resume until the middle of July, according to reports.
