We’re not out of the woods yet, but we’re getting there – at least that’s the message that’s being bandied about by so-called “experts” around the world who appear to all have a difference approach in the fight against covid.
A leading expert in the UK has warned that Covid-19 restrictions could be in place in the UK until all adults are vaccinated.
Speaking to Sky News, Dr Susan Hopkins said that restrictions could even be in place in the UK after everyone is vaccinated as not everything is known about the virus.
Dr Hopkins told Sky News, that people tend to let their guard down especially when they are on holidays.
She went on to say that people are more likely to mingle in groups and that could potentially create a scenario where the virus is more likely to spread.
Dr Hopkins added that more information is needed on the transmission of the virus before we can release everything back to life as normal.
