Prof Bill Tormey made a lot of sense to a lot of people when he was interviewed on last night’s PrimeTime.
Tormey said that we only needed a Level 3 this time, not a Level 5.
Hr said that the Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan came back from his time off and rode in like the Lone Ranger. Hr said that he recommended Level 5 and that the government bottled it.
The top medic said that we had a good chance to get things properly under control but that NPHET should now be stood down, appearing it convey that it wasn’t fit for propose.
Later today the country will learn just what sort of retail, hospitality and pub openings will be allowed following the exit of Level 5 next Tuesday.
