With what has been described as an absolute mess, NPHET appear to be offering a very cautious approach to reopening Ireland for Christmas.
Some experts are saying that you can either reopen retail and exit Level 5 or you cannot have home visits, it’s getting as stark as that.
It’s understood that the government wants to reopen the country as much as possible but that NPHET’s advice is now standing in their way and as of yet, no one appears to know exactly what will and what won’t be allowed to open or happen when we do indeed leave Level 5 lockdown.
