There was some tragic news announced recently after Gardaí in Co Donegal confirmed that a two-year-old boy has died after he choked on a piece of toast.
The young infant Ricky Devine-McGinley (2) sadly lost his life after the tragic accident occurred at the home of a close relative on Saturday afternoon at approximately 1pm.
Gardaí say little Ricky was rushed to Letterkenny University Hospital but sadly passed away a short time later.
