Tragically a young motorcyclist died following a road crash in Dublin on Friday evening.
The crash between the motorbike and a car happened on the Carnlough Road in Cabra shortly after 6pm.
The teenage motorcyclist was taken to Mater University Hospital, where sadly he later died.
A female driver of the car was taken to Blanchardstown Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Gardai have appealed for anyone with information to contact them at Blanchardstown Garda Station on 01 66-67-000 or the Confidential Line on 1800-66-61-11.
