A date has finally been set for 41-year-old Dublin born Mercy Peters after she was charged of brutally murdering her former partner, 42-year-old Tyrone McKenna in his home in South Dublin, July 17th.
Both shared a house in Marlay Court, Rathfarnham, Dublin before Ms Peters stabbed him twice in the back before he fell down the stairs and collapsed.
Ms.Peters stated she knew full well what she was doing and did not need any psychiatric help.
”I stabbed that man with full knowledge of what I was doing” and shouting ”No psychiatric assessment” before being led away.
Today, her case was called before the central criminal courts and a date set for June 20th, 2016.
