Tributes have been paid to a 15-yr-old Irish teenager who fell while on holidays in Lanzarote with his family and tragically died in hospital.
He’s been named locally as Mikey Leddy.
The deceased, who suffered serious head injuries in the fall at Puerto del Carmen, is believed to be from the Navan area in Co. Meath.
The boy went into cardiac arrest after the fall but was revived by paramedics, who rushed him to hospital. He remained in a critical condition but tragically has been confirmed dead by authorities late on Tuesday night.
