In one of the saddest stories to report on in 2019 so far, tributes have been paid to a 4-yr-old boy who tragically drowned while on holiday with his family in Greece.
The British boy managed to escape from his parents’ hotel room while they were asleep and fell into a swimming pool at the Atlantica Holiday Village resort in Kos on Saturday.
The toddler was pulled out of the water but tragically, he could not be saved.
Authorities initially arrested the boy’s parents and the hotel manager, but they were later released after it was deemed to be a tragic accident.
