Tributes paid to man (50s) after he sadly died following workplace accident in Kilkenny

After an accident at work in Kilkenny, a man in his 50s passed away, reports Breaking News.

At 4pm on Thursday, emergency services and gardaí were notified of a tragic accident that occurred at a location on Dublin Road in Kilkenny.

The individual was “pronounced deceased at the scene,” according to a statement from the Gardaí, reports Breaking News.

A post-mortem examination will be conducted when his corpse has been taken to the mortuary at University Hospital Waterford, according to the statement.

The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) was informed, arrived at the site, and will produce a case for the Coroner’s Court, the Gardaí stated, reports Breaking News.
