A man has died following a workplace incident in Fethard, County Tipperary on Monday, reports Breaking News.
The accident occurred shortly before 5:00 pm.
The man, aged in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene, reports Breaking News.
His remains were taken to Waterford University Hospital, where a post-mortem examination will be carried out in due course.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has been informed and will launch an investigation.
A file will be compiled for the Coroner, reports Breaking News.
