Tributes pour in for Ireland’s Fittest Family contestant 15-yr-old Cillian Flaherty, who sadly passed away

Tributes have been paid across social media for the teenager.

In a series of heartfelt tributes, Cillian Flaherty’s family and friends have paid their respects to the beloved adolescent. They have also encouraged everyone attending his burial on Saturday to wear bright colours, particularly sky blue, reports SundayWorld.

The 15-yr-old Dubliner, who was scheduled to make an appearance on RTÉ’s Ireland’s Fittest Family, passed away unexpectedly on Monday morning, shocking everyone in his cherished Whitestown suburb next to Blanchardstown.

In remembrance of the young teen’s uniqueness, his parents and siblings have encouraged anyone attending the burial on Saturday to wear vibrant colours.

The message on RIP.ie stated: “Cillian (Cillo Flats), precious son of Paula and Paul, dear brother of Kian and Heidi, cherished grandson of Frances, Dolores and the late Thomas, Paul and Mick and boyfriend of Katie. Sadly missed by his loving mother, father, brother, sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a large group of good mates. R.I.P. Reposing at his home on both Thursday and Friday evenings from 5pm to 8pm. Walking from his home at 10.30am to the Church of St. Philip the Apostle, Mountview on Saturday morning (October 26) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Mulhuddart Cemetery. Cillian’s family would request that people attending his funeral would wear bright colours incorporating sky blue if possible,” reports SundayWorld.

As his family and friends process the heartbreaking news, hundreds of condolences have been posted on social media over the last 48 hours.

“I love you lil’ bro, rest in paradise,” said his brother Kian, who shared a lovely collection of images and videos of the two of them together, reports SundayWorld.
