The bodies of two men have been found on an island on Lough Sheelin in Co Meath.
It is understood the remains are those of two men who went missing from Dublin. Eoin O’Connor (32) and Anthony Keegan (33) both from Coolock had travelled to a meeting in Cavan last April when they went missing.
Gardai found a car belonging to the two men at Lough Owel, outside Mullingar, Co Westmeath last month.
