Two men in Colombia, have sadly died after a mid-air celebration stunt went wrong.
According to reports in Colombia, the men were killed during the Festival of Flowers in the northern city of Medellín.
It is believed the two men identified as Jesus Mosquera Lopez and Sebastian Gamboa Ricaurte, fell to deaths after a cable suspended from a helicopter holding them and the Colombian flag snapped whilst in mid air.
Footage of the horrifying incident has since appeared online and onlookers were left in shock after the cable snapped from the helicopter which was about to land at Olaya Herrera Airport.
Authorities say they are unsure how the cable snapped, but they say they are currently investigating the incident.
They also offered their deepest condolences to the men’s family.
