Gardai and the Dublin Fire Brigade attended an emergency call in Churchtown, at around 6:30pm this evening.
On arrival, they found two injured casualties, believed to be a man and a woman. Paramedics suspect a gas leak was the cause of their illness.
Gas workers are on the way to the scene.
