Two Irish women (30s) to appear in court today after refusing to hotel quarantine after arriving back in Dublin from Dubai on Good Friday

Two young Irish women were arrested in Dublin Airport after flying back from Dubai on Good Friday and refusing to go to hotel quarantine.

The women are both aged in their 30s and were returning from having cosmetic procedures carried out in Dubai.

It’s understood that the women were arrested when they refused to go to hotels to quarantine and will appear in court today in relation to the matter.

It’s understood that both women are Irish nationals. Many people believe that it’s absolutely ludicrious for cases like this to waste court time and for people who fly out and into the country on a short basis to have to spend close to €2,000 to quarantine.
