Gardai from Bray and Wicklow Drug Units yesterday arrested two men in their 20s and seized cocaine and suspected herbal cannabis amphetamine during searches in County Wicklow.
During the operation, two residential properties in Wicklow Town and Greystones were raided along with an industrial unit in Delgany, reports The Journal.
During the searches, the Gardaí seized drugs worth €27,000, as well as €6,000 in cash, reports The Journal.
Other items used in drug distribution were also recovered, including a scale, containers and plastic containers.
Two men were detained for questioning as part of this investigation at Bray and Wicklow Garda stations.
Both have since been indicted and are expected to appear in district court in the coming weeks, reports The Journal.
The searches were conducted as part of Operation Tara and ongoing investigations targeting the sale and distribution of drugs.
