Two people injured following separate stabbing incidents in the capital on Saturday




Two people have been injured following separate stabbing incidents in the capital on Saturday.

In the first incident, which happened in the Parslickstown Drive area of Dublin 15 on Saturday afternoon, a man in his 40s was stabbed in the face. He was rushed to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown for treatment.

The second attack took place shortly afterwards in Fortlawn Drive, Dublin 15. The victim was stabbed in the back.

Gardai said that there is no connection between the attacks. There have been no arrests yet.
