The tragic trend of road deaths continues, after two people were killed in a road crash in Co. Clare overnight.
The incident happened in the Quinspool area near the village of Parteen at around midnight.
Two men in their 20s who were passengers in the car were rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
Road remains closed to facilitate a technical examination.
