Over 10,000 Russian men have ‘volunteered’ to enlist in the army and be sent to die in Ukraine, according to local reports.
Russian news channels stressed that these guys really did volunteer to do that. They really, really did, with no coercion or duress of any kind. Totally volunteered for their sacred duty to go and fight on the Ukrainian battlefields. No question about their will to help the Motherland at all. And there was no one pointing guns at them, either.
Russia is losing so badly in Ukraine that Vladimir Putin is willing to send just about anyone to Ukraine so he can say he’s trying, but all he’s doing is spilling more and more blood. The blood of others, that is.
