Ukraine has charged two Russian commanders for war crimes related to the bombardment of civilians.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) charged the individuals in absentia.
Presumably, Ukrainian agents will now engage in search & capture operations to bring these people to justice in front of a Ukrainian jury.
Once tried and charged, the two commanders may face life inside a Ukrainian prison facility.
