The British Minister of Defence has confirmed that Russia is making negligible gains in the Donbas region, and that the Russian army is ‘significantly degraded’.
The update appears to back up the general consensus that Russia can no longer sustain the military effort in Ukraine, and that it has already lost the war, for all intents and purposes.
It is understood that Russian troops are short of ammunition, food, vehicles, and many other supplies vital for the war effort.
