There are reports of Russian units violating the agreed ceasefire with the indiscriminate bombing of civilian areas.
A temporary 5 hour-long ceasefire had supposedly been agreed by the Russian army to allow the safe evacuation of civilians.
It would now appear that the ‘agreement’ might have been a ruse to catch civilians out in the open.
