Russian forces keep suffering heavy damage at the hands of the Ukrainian army, with claims of up to 11,000 casualties and over 2,000 vehicles destroyed.
Ukrainian forces are, on paper, vastly outnumbered and outgunned. However, it has become starkly clear that the majority of Russian soldiers are inexperienced conscripts unwilling to fight. There have been multiple reports of Russian soldiers crying and refusing to enter combat. Ukrainian troops have become exceedingly good at eliminating their opponents.
Meanwhile, Russian units have engaged in indiscriminate shelling of non-military targets and engaging civilians with artillery rounds.
