Ukrainian special forces have arrested Viktor Medvedchuk, an oligarch and one of Vladimir Putin’s closest allies in Ukraine.
Medvedchuk acquired phenomenal wealth from oil profits and his closeness to the Kremlin.
He is now likely to be traded for prisoners of war held by Russian troops.
