A brutal heatwave is predicted for the tourist hotspot, with temperatures reaching 45 degrees Celsius, reports The Mirror.
Ice from warm air from North Africa is expected to engulf Spain as well as other European countries such as France and Italy within days.

Spain’s weather agency AEMET issued a “high temperature” warning for Mallorca on Wednesday, saying thermometers could reach 37 degrees Celsius, reports The Mirror.
However, it has identified this weekend and early next week as the exact dates for higher temperatures, describing it as “an episode of intense heat, reports The Mirror.
It said: “Weekend probable episode of intense heat with midsummer temperatures highs above 34C; inside south 40C. Minimum temperatures above 15C; in the interior south above 20C (tropical nights). Next week it is expected to continue,” reports The Mirror.
Seville in southern Spain is expected to be the hottest area in Spain. According to Weather.com, on Monday, June 26, the maximum temperature will be 45 degrees Celsius.
Irish tourists on holiday in the affected areas should exercise extreme caution and follow local authority advice.
Met Eireann has issued a nationwide storm warning in effect until 10pm tonight, reports The Mirror.
