US President Joe Biden commemorated the Tulsa race massacre, the first-ever US President to do so, and warned against the rising threat of white supremacy.
Mr. Biden visited the site where a mob of white people killed an estimated 300 black people 100 years ago on Monday.
The massacre was sparked when a white woman made an unfounded allegation of assault against a black woman.
