Health officials are calling for an immediate ban on all vaping products, after vaping-related deaths rose to 18, and as many of 1,000 people are suspected to be suffering ‘vaping disease’ in the United States alone.
Patients usually present themselves to A&E experiencing severe shortness of breath, fatigue, and chest pain. Tests usually show severely damaged lungs, with injuries resembling that of poisonous gases.
Vaping is a relatively new practice, so no one is quite sure of its long-term effects on human health.
