Very unsettled weather conditions to return this week as Atlantic weather fronts roll in

Met Eireann is forecasting that the coming week will see a change for the worse in weather conditions as Atlantic fronts approach.

Saturday and Sunday will remain mostly dry but cloudy, with temperatures hitting 12-13C at best.

The weather will take a turn by Tuesday evening as rain makes an appearance again, clearing by Wednesday afternoon with some bright spells developing.

The second half of the week is expected to see more rain and below average temperatures, with cold nights forecast.
