Veteran TV show host Jerry Springer has passed away aged 79.
Born in London, he moved to America when he was 5.
He was best known for hosting the massively popular The Jerry Springer Show, which ran for almost 5,000 episodes between 1991 to 2018.
It is understood that he had been diagnosed with cancer in recent times.
