The video which shows a emotional teenager waking up from a major heart transplant operation has become one of the most shared videos throughout the globe in recent days as it highlights the importance of organ donation. The truly breathtaking clip shows 15 year old Trevor Sullivan from Detroit waking up from his operation and giving his reaction to being alive and on the road to recovery. In the video a delighted Trevor says: “I’m so happy”, “I’ve been waiting so long. I can breathe again and talk. I feel amazing. I’ve never felt so good”.
The video which was originally shared on Facebook page Gift of Life Michigan, has been shared around the world millions of times and has been praised for highlighting the importance of organ donation.
