The HSE has said that no one will be left behind in relation to frontline GP’s and Practice Nurses being offered a vaccination by the end of today.
Well, that’s their aim at least. Over the weekend, hundreds of GP’s and Practice Nurses have been attending vaccination centres to get either their first or second vaccine jab.
The reason they’re getting it first is that they can then administer the vaccine to their respective patients over the coming weeks and months.
Over 70s will soon be offered the vaccine with over 85s and over 80s first in line.
