A Code Level Orange weather warning has been issued for Cork city due to the impending arrival of heavy rains tonight, and throughout the day tomorrow, Friday.
Cork City Council have advised that up to 75mm of rain may fall during that period.
The warning will remain in effect for 24 hours from midnight tonight.
