It used to one of the most incredible holiday camps in Ireland or the UK but now Mosney is home to Syrian migrants and Nigerian migrants.
The Minister for Justice Charlie Flanagan personally met with and welcomed 50 Syrians, roughly 11 families to Mosney in Co Meath yesterday and gave them the keys to their new accommodation.
As 10,000 of our own lie homeless in the streets, park benches and hotel rooms, Ireland has agreed to take in a further 2,900 migrants over the next three years.
