The last few days have been rather glorious, weather-wise at least, but the coming weekend is expected to bring in wetter and cooler conditions.
Today, Friday, will remain bright and sunny across most places, with temperatures reaching 18C at times. However, there will some showers later in the evening, particularly across southern areas.
Saturday is forecast to be a rather cloudy day, with scattered outbreaks of rain and highs of 12C-14C.
Sunday will see similar conditions, but will be a little warmer.
The good news is that high pressure will mean a return of fine weather by Monday.
