What homeless crisis? Irish government agrees to take in large number of migrants from Lesbos camp




Forget the homeless, Ireland’s government to the rescue for more foreign nationals again.

The Department of Justice have confirmed that Ireland will take in a total of 50 refugees who were affected by the Lesbos camp fire.

In announcement the Department confirmed that 50 people from the Moria Refugee Camp on the Greek island of Lesbos, will be rehomed in Ireland.

It is understood that officials will visit Greece in the next two weeks to setup arrangements for those affected.

The Department of Justice added that they will find homes for those 50 people under the Refugee Resettlement Programme.
