White House officals have confirmed that negotiations are currently ongoing in regards to President Trump visiting Ireland.
According to RTÉ News, the White House have said that no official announcement will be made until negotiations are completed.
The latest developments come after reports circulated earlier this week that the US President was to visit the country in early June.
Although it is widely expected that president Trump will visit his golf club in Doonbeg, the both the White House and the Irish Government have yet to confirm the visit.
